The room was spacious and had a private bathroom, which was great.

A stylish hotel with a lot of reasonably large and very specious rooms to relax in. A kitchenette area, a couch, and a dining table in the room, magnificent location. Easy enough to find, in the middle of Schiermonnikoog. Set next to restaurants and bars, best staff. Outstanding meal and friendly service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property: D

It was a nice building and a beautiful location, surrounded by beautiful nature. In the hotel in particular the dining room is very nice

the relation between price and service is not in balance at all. the personell is very unfriedndly and not service oriented (a problem that occurs in all over the Netherlands - except the South). The room was maybe two or three stars bat definetly not 4 stars. If I pay over 100 Euro per night (in this case even 180,--) I expect that I as a guest to be able to get breakfast for at least 3 - 4 hours. they serve breakfast from 8.30 to 10.00 and after 10 they just put away everything even if peaple are still not finished. that is not the service I can expect for that price.

This place is conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you to the ferry, and after staying for one day, I didn't want to leave and would definitely return.

The apartment was good sized and tasteful, with a kitchenette area, a sofa, and a dining table.

The breakfast selection here is rich and includes options like bacon, eggs, and ham, and the location is right in the heart of everything.

The hotel was the only one I could find a free room in for a holiday weekend. It was overpriced, the room was small and non descript, the food was pretty bad, and while I have no real complaints it just was NOT worth the high price they are charging. Also it is on the square so the sound of kids playing basketball or running around carried right into the rooms. I wish i had known that there are lots of adorable little cottage vacation rentals around schiermonnikoog. That would be the best best. Or, a cheaper hotel away from the square.

Magnificent location and fairly clean place, I thoroughly enjoyed very helpful staff. My standard twin room was nicely furnished. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements, can just recommend it.

Varied and exceptionally nice breakfast with a variety of options. Pleasant and fairly clean place. Location is unbeatable, really close to the town center and Holland's smallest island.

The hotel is relaxing, it has luxury rooms and very friendly employees. There is a stylish restaurant for dinner.

Very helpful staff. Nice view of the sunset. Modern design of interiors in standard twin room. Excellent and outstanding meals. Absolutely perfect and comfortable location. I am a vegetarian, and in the restaurant, there were suitable options.

The bed was comfortable and I liked that the room was separate. Having central heating, a TV, and coffee/tea making equipment was a nice addition. Plus, it was really convenient to have all those amenities. ☕

The location of Hotel Graaf Bernstorff is excellent, right in the charming center of the National Park. The hotel is conveniently situated near grocery stores, bike rentals, and other restaurants. The bus to and from the ferry is also easily accessible.
